經濟炒粉面，在平民餐桌上無處不在，像是永不打烊的補給站，擺放在街頭巷尾的流動廚房。在我們為吃啥而無從決定時，給了我們直接了當的溫飽，解決了為食奔忙的煩惱。但因為它們是美食界裡的素人，尋常的奴婢命，所以很少被食家達人們留言按讚。 這是一個苦悶難言的時代，為生活勞心勞力的人很多，但不見得每個人都能收割豐碩的成果。就好比我們從不曾懷疑，靠著經營這檔經濟麵食的炒麵媽媽，站在生活的刀口上，除了維持養家糊口的基本需要外，還能為生活改善些甚麼？ 炒麵媽媽每天起早摸黑，將炒好的粉面饭食，再由她先生接手擺放妥當，只为了解決生活難題的方法，汲汲營營，無非是要撐起一個家。 而清苦的日子從來沒放過像她這樣一個勤奮的女人，然而她始終豁達，堅守母性的天職，站成了頂天立地的姿態，不讓這個家倒下。
