我们1999年在这个地址开业至今有21年历史，算是鱼头米粉的老字号， 这家有名的鱼头米粉餐厅很特别，没有中文名字，大家都叫他们Kaki Bola！这家店的生意很好，中午过来经常爆满。这里的鱼头米加了XO酱，汤头特别鲜美，而且可以搭配不同的配料，包括炸鱼、鲜鱼或鱼滑，每次来都可以吃到不一样的鱼头米。

40年纯手工自制酿豆腐 光利釀豆腐的餡料是以純西刀魚製成，所製作的魚丸屬于潮州魚丸。所有釀豆腐都是現炸現賣。 除了釀豆腐，必须尝试光利的魚丸粉，淋面和咖哩面。
