With a Hainanese Chef Grandfather and a Mother who loves to cook, it was inevitable that he quit his former job with a multi-national company and take the plunge into the food business after a year of experimenting and perfecting his Signature recipe Siew Yok. An unsuccessful stint led Boon to sell his Siew Yok at Night Market, then to selling economy rice back in his hometown, Ipoh, followed by coming to KL to launch this very new and improved restaurant, Boon Signature Roast Pork with 2 former customers turned into partners!'

川菜即四川菜肴,是中国特色传统的四大菜系之一、中国八大菜系之一、中华料理集大成者。
川菜取材广泛,调味多变,菜式多样,口味清鲜醇浓并重,以善用麻辣调味著称,并以其别具一格的烹调方法和浓郁的地方风味,融会了东南西北各方的特点,博采众家之长,善于吸收,善于创新,享誉中外。享有“世界美食之都”的荣誉称号。
Szechuan cuisine is a style of Chinese cuisine originating from Sichuan Province. Sichuan is colloquially known as the “heavenly country” due to its abundance of food and natural resources. Most Szechuan dishes are spicy, although a typical meal includes non-spicy dishes to cool the palate. Nowadays, Szechuan cuisine has been learning advantages from other cuisines with insisting its own traditions, making it the most popular Chinese cuisine in the world.
川湘传奇是一间坐落在沙登的川湘餐馆,提供正宗及地道的四川美食,大部分的菜肴以麻辣鲜香为主, 亦有清淡的菜色。我们希望能让每一位客人都有机会品尝到正宗中国八大菜系之一的川菜,为每一位客人带来美味的佳肴!
川湘传奇也提供了包厢让客人们聚会。我们提供了6间包厢,最大可容纳17个人,其3间包厢可开通并容纳45个人,让大家有个舒适的空间互相聊天及品尝我们地道的川菜!
Chuan Xiang Chuan Qi is a Szechuan restaurant which located at Seri Kembangan, we provide authentic and traditional Szechuan dishes, included spicy and non- spicy dishes. We hope that every customers in Malaysia has the chance to enjoy our traditional and authentic Sezchuan dishes!
Separately, we do provide private dining room for large parties to having dinner and gathering. There are 6 private dining rooms, the largest room can fit for 17 persons, 3 of the rooms can be combine and fit for 45 persons. We hope our customers can have a great dining and gathering experience!
